Where do I find my Token ID?
It is printed on the receipt you received when you applied for your passport, for example 71201264826.
My token isn't found. What now?
Your passport has probably not arrived yet, or it is in a list that hasn't been published yet. New lists come out regularly; check again in a few days.
Can someone else collect my passport?
Rules differ by office. Check with the office before sending a relative or friend.
My embassy isn't listed.
We add offices that publish their arrival lists. If yours does, tell us where it posts them.
